Phill has dedicated over 14 years to helping clients over 50 achieve their health and fitness goals.

With expertise in balance improvement, pain management, and strength training, Phill tailors each program to the unique needs of older adults.

His experience spans working with elite athletes, actors, and CEOs, but his true passion lies in helping everyday Aussies become the healthiest, fittest, and strongest they can be. He has helped countless clients get out of pain, especially in the knees and back. He has also helped many clients lose a combination of over 500 kilos over the years. With some clients losing as much as 30 kg!

He expects clients to see noticeable results and improvements in weight loss, strength, stamina, movement, balance or speed within 28 days, and finds it’s rare for this not to be the case.
