It sure can. We will do our best to get you in at your preferred time. If we can't, we will place you on a waiting list and let you know as soon as a time becomes available. Not at all. If you choose to train at the studio, there are no membership fees, and you only have to pay your trainer if you decide to continue working with us.
We have options to suit everyone's budget, starting at just 49.50 per week. We will put a plan in place that works for you in our 1st session, and once you're a client, you can cancel anytime with 2 weeks notice.
Yes there is. We have very heavy resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells and everything you need to build strength. We also have boxing and kickboxing gear if you love getting a sweat on! We also have the option of using the fully equipped studio in Paddington at no extra charge if you prefer.
When it comes to training, we don't know what we don't know. The exercises you choose may feel good in the moment, but may be leading to poor mechanics down the track that lead to injury. Working with us gets you faster results, better quality movement that will last decades and will help you avoid the common mistakes so many of us experience when going out on our own. Plus, it's free to see for yourself. If you feel you aren't getting any benefit within the first 2 weeks, we'll give you a full refund.
Before the session, we'll give you a quick form to fill out online going over your goals, history, preferences and a few other details. We will cover this in our first session and find the areas we can provide the most value. We will do a postural and muscle functionality assessment, to see how your body is currently working. And finally, we'll put a plan in place moving forward that suits your budget, schedule and training preferences.
Not at all. We need very little space to deliver a great session. A small balcony, some living room space and we'll be pretty good to go. Ideally, if you have a pole to attach the resistance bands that would be great, but we can work around this as well.
We have plenty of options here. We can train at a local park, at your home, in an apartment gym if you have one, or at our private studio in Paddington. We'll come to you within New Farm, Ascot, Newstead, Hamilton, Milton, West End, Spring Hill and some surrounding areas
You sure can and we think this is a great idea. When you register for a free session with the form, let us know in the messages section who will be joining us. We will get them to also fill out a quick form so we can see everyone's goals and training history in the group. This will ensure we can provide a service that everyone will enjoy and get benefit from.

The first step is to fill out the form below or send us a call or text. We'll contact you same day to get an idea of what your group wants to achieve and what they enjoy doing. From there we'll organise a free session to test the groups current fitness and strength. We will use this as a benchmark to see progress in future sessions. At the end of the session, we'll have a chat and see what everyone would like to do, including sessions per week, exercise styles and any other details to ensure everyone gets the most out of training. We offer a money back gaurantee if you're not satisfied within the first 2 weeks of training.
Definitely worth it. The key to effective training is good technique, the correct amount of exertion and proper muscle function. We are able to assess this all easily over Zoom and guide you through every step. You also receive the benefits of one on one training. (you can see these above) The good news is if you find it's not for you within the first 2 weeks, you'll get a refund, plus the first session is free to make sure it's right for you.
We'll have a quick chat with the group and get an idea of what everyone wants to get out of training. From there we'll do a fitness and strength test to see where everyone is currently at. We can do one of these every 6 to 12 weeks to track progress depending on your preferences. If you'd like to just get into training without doing the test, we can do this as well, and will just give you a try at your preferred training style so you know if it's for you.
First thing to do is get in touch with us and let us know your interest. From there we can organise a same day chat to work out your goals, availability and budget. If you're interested in one on one coaching, this will be done over Zoom and will include all the benefits of one on one training (Platinum) if you'd like a plan and coaching, giving you all the benefits of one on one training minus the actual training sessions, this will be Gold, and finally, if you'd like a nutrition and exercise plan without the coaching, this will be silver. We can point you in the right direction when we get in touch.
It varies from day to day. But we work from Monday to Thursday 515 am to 730 pm and Friday from 515 am to 530 pm. We will try to fit you in with your preferred time but please note we are nearing capacity so a wait list may be needed for some time slots.
This would depend on the circumstance. We have extensive experience with Post Natal, Rehab, running mechanics, depression, obesity, high and low blood pressure and many other unique situations. Please let us know yours prior to commencing so we can make sure we can safely work with you. We may be able to point you in the right direction if we're unable to help.
